Our approach to meditation and creating a practice comes from our roots of learning to use meditation in everyday life. You don’t have to “Om” on top of a mountain to receive the benefits of meditation. We will teach you how to bring meditation or meditative states of awareness into various aspects of your life such as becoming self-aware to creating healthier boundaries in your relationships, improving your confidence in yourself, keeping you in your body and in control when you get charged with anger or overwhelming feelings, working in emotionally toxic environments, or maybe simply learning breath work techniques for times when you feel anxious or overstimulated while standing in line at the grocery store. We strive to make meditation a practice that is doable for all to learn how to use in your life.
