Take part in this instructional training to learn how to play soundbaths and learn the benefits of using sound medicine for professional and personal use. No previous experience or instruments are required. All levels are welcome.

DAY 1 - DISCOVER THE HEALING POWER OF SOUND MEDICINE FOR MIND, BODY, SOUL, AND SPIRITUAL WELL-BEING

Discover the Healing Power of Sound: Explore how soundbaths and therapeutic sounds create holistic healing experiences for the mind, subconscious, body, and spirit. Learn about the profound benefits, from emotional release, energy clearing, to deep restoration.

Choose and Use Instruments: Get clear guidance on selecting the right instruments for specific intentions and how to use them effectively. Develop basic techniques for sound control and deep listening to harness the full potential of each sound.

Practice in Pairs and Groups: Engage in practical exercises with partners and groups to refine your intuitive style and confidently apply various healing instruments and tools.

    If you have your own sound healing instruments please bring them to practice and get coaching on how to effectively play.

    • You will get practice and coaching to learn the basics of how to play and use sacred sounds for various intentions i.e. leading healing ceremonies, to relax, release negative energy, shift energy in your space or person, community healing, for self-care, raise in vibes...

    • Access to our our sound healing self-study course to help you continue your learning and skillset (valued at $297)

  • Spring 2025 - We will gather on Saturday, April 12, 2025 12pm - 5pm and Sunday, April 13th from 10am - 5pm. We will have a 30 minute lunch break on the 2nd day.

    Winter 2025 - training dates are December 6th & December 7th. Location and time TBD.

  • We will have a mixture of demonstration, discussion, and mainly practice with hands-on play with a variety of instruments. You'll be paired with a partner and/or as a group. Come with an open heart and ready to learn. Sharing and laughing in an intimate small group setting is what makes our trainings so special too. We foster a safe space that is fun and for you to be able to be experiential in understanding the basics of sound healing. How to effectively start incorporating sound into your own personal practice and/or adding it to a service you may already be offering.

  • Discover the skills, knowledge, tools and beginner techniques about how to incorporate sacred sounds and soundbaths for personal or professional development. Learn the fundamentals to hold space and the use of sacred sounds and soundbaths to lead healing ceremonies, groups, and 1:1 sessions.

    You will have plenty of practice play during the training.

    At the end of Day 2, you will receive your official Certification as a Sound Healer Level 1. You must be present to receive your certificate.

  • Anyone ready to discover how to start using sound healing, sound medicine, and/or leading soundbaths.

    If you want to learn for personal use for yourself or to offer to your family and friends.

    You want to offer sound healing with clients/community

    To help reduce stress, decrease anxiety, energy cleansing, pain reduction, improve mood, trauma recovery, heal on a cellular level, and much more.

    All levels are welcome. No previous experience required.

    You do not need your own healing instruments. If you do, please bring them so you can practice.

  • Bring your own yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eye cover (if you have one) beverage and snacks. Please bring your own instruments if you have them.

    You will receive a guidebook to follow along and pen to take notes.

  • This training is at a yoga studio in Pasadena, One Life Yoga.

  • There is a free parking lot with easy access to the studio where we will be holding our trainings.
